FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED ON THE DAY YOUR PROJECT IS COMPLETED BY 7:00
IF THERE ARE ANY ITEMS ON
THE PUNCH LIST BELOW, YOUR FOREMAN WILL COME OUT THE NEXT MORNING TO
FIX THOSE ISSUES. IF YOU WAIT PAST 7:00 PM, THE TEAM WILL HAVE TO
START ANOTHER JOB RATHER THAN COMPLETE YOUR JOB THE NEXT DAY. AT DECK
HELMET, WE ALWAYS LIKE TO FINISH WHAT WE START!
Step 1: Please inspect the deck
when you arrive home.
Step 2: Fill out the form below.
Step 3: Once we receive the
punch list we will send the installation team back out the next
morning to fix these issues.
Step 4: We will then call you
the next day to notify you that all items have been fixed
Step 5: Once you have reviewed
the work that evening, please login to the Deck Helmet Portal.
Step 6: Check off next each
item that it has been fixed no later than 7pm
Step 7: Once all items are
complete, please select that the work has been completed and process my
Step 8: Click Submit
